Finding a reliable anonymous proxy program can sometimes be difficult.  The reason for this is that there are very few proxy programs out there that really allow you to be anonymous online.  Many software providers sell Windows applications which promise to make you anonymous online, but what they are selling is just snake oil and doesn't offer 100% anonymity for your web surfing.

Finding a reliable windows anonymous proxy program is much like looking for the holy grail, there is no such thing.  Setting up your own elite proxy to get new IPs and hide your real IP online can be done and is easy for anyone who is serious about remaining anonymous online.
